Being found guilty of rape

Sexual assault

The 13th amendment to the constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude throughout the United States, except as a punishment for a crime. That last part and the corporations that own for-profit prisons are what has turned ICE/CBP into modern day slave traders. It's was never about crime.

So making their names public is now the punishment for murder? How about arresting them, trying them and convicting them, followed by imprisonment? Or does membership in ICE now put one above the law they are allegedly enforcing?

Given the level of enthusiasm towards investigating this as a security threat, I think we have a very good idea of what leverage Putin has gained. It becomes increasingly apparent that a majority of the US Congress and Senate are compromsed.
