As a Navy veteran I’m appalled at the partisanship of this. All branches of the armed forces swear an oath to the constitution, not to a party or a leader.

That’s great, but name one time that a judge has stopped the mango from doing as he pleases anyway? Judges have blocked ICE from abductions, have blocked withholding congressionally approved funds, blocked interference with universities, etc.. Laws only matter when people abide by them.
