🎭 The researchers observed several highly charismatic characters on their fourth day at sea, including a Graneledone octopus, Rajidae skates, and Monsieur Frown!

🛠️ This expedition was part of an engineering shakedown to do a full test of NOAA’s ship the Okeanos Explorer and the ROVs Deep Discoverer and Seirios.

🌎 The latest ocean data added to #FathomVerse comes from day 4 of a NOAA expedition off the west coast of the USA, from Portland, Oregon to Seattle, Washington in April of 2023.

Ok, so, I don't usually like glazing over mobile games, but if you really have to kill some time (and like marine biology/zoology) you absolutely need to try out "Fathomverse" on the app store or play store. Basic but solid "gameplay", also does a good outreaching job regarding marine biology
