I was at the vet, waiting to pick up medicine. Just as the tech came to me, some people and dogs walked out of the room where I said goodbye to Isabel. It unexpectedly triggered me as I was taking the meds from the tech, I cried in her face. Sometimes grief smacks you when you least expect it.
