I really wonder sometimes how much of it is lack of confidence so they want to pull other people down and how much of it is that they haven't done the work deconstructing and trying to bring rigid systems into witchcraft rather than just letting other people be.

I needed this today. Been having some wild things going on that have been tripping me up. Keep asking myself if I'm ready for this.

Yea, daily powders and dry herbs tend to burn fast. I would suggest a warmer like someone else in this thread said. Personally, I end up putting more on the coal now and then. Make it part of a meditative practice.

It's less of a waiting until it's not glowing and more waiting until you have some ash around the edge. That said may I ask what kind of incense you are burning? Many of those charcoal disks actually burn a bit too hot for most incense.

Tomorrow is the big day! As of right now I have 32 people for the ghost tour! 32! That is the most I've had so far and it's looking like I'm going to be on my own. Hoping we catch some activity this time around!

What does safety look like, feel like, smell like, sound like for you?
