I actually carve in my recliner using a wooden board as a base. It has a raised edge on it if I need something to press into. This way I'm not leaning over the work. I'm also a yoga therapist, so I'm doing all those self care things as well.

I've been having fun making some earrings. I found this leather at the used craft store in Victoria. It brings me such joy to make something out of scraps.

I agree so much. I have called out people who post a lot of angry things, to do some action and actually get involved. Then it's crickets.

I just don't understand the right's stance at all. If they stand for freedom, then shouldn't we all be able to just....do what we want? Canada is a mosaic, not a melting pot...something I learned in grade 5.

I love this movie! Another from that era Shaun of the Dead is also rad.

Have you listened to any good audiobooks lately?

I highly recommend "Remarkably bright creatures" the narration is incredible, beautiful story. Book of the for 2024 in my experience.
