Là aussi ça doit varier selon les univ j'imagine. Chez nous il y a 1 référent recherche et 1 référent péda en local qui constituent le cos, ce sont eux qui suggèrent le président et VP de cos au CAc (avec recommandation de choisir un extérieur pour le président mais pas d'obligation formelle...)

Dans le cas d'un président externe il y a souvent un "référent local" afin de gérer l'administratif. Après il n'y a malheureusement pas de solution miracle... Je suis d'accord sur l'analyse : très difficile de repérer cela au niveau du CAc
Certaines univ. encouragent vivement de nommer un membre extérieur comme président de cos. Ça ne résout pas tout mais je trouve ça pas mal (cela évite un classement non justifié du candidat moustaché en rang 1 par exemple). Mais cela se fait effectivement avant la tenue du CAc

For example: 'These authors contributed equally, and their order in the author list was decided by random selection.'
