Serious question. What is the benefit of Musk’s starlink network being used for the FAA’s ATC? Isnt it lower bandwidth, higher latency compared to the fiber upgrades the current fiber contract is currently installing? Besides the whole obvious conflict of interest.

I did a data dump from fb and insta before quitting and I’m considering building a little utility app to convert their dump format into a static website those that leave can host and modify. I don’t know if it’s a good idea or if I’ll have time though.
