I will say, there are also, quite noticeably, fewer signs than ever before. So that’s nice.

Driving through middle America, I’m always struck by the signs that clearly were once Trump/Pence and have now been stickered or painted to say Trump/Vance. It really highlights 1) how little disposable income his supporters out here have and 2) how little loyalty their cult leader has.

Texas AG Ken Paxton has declared that it is illegal for mental health providers and therapists to treat trans youth. It means that trans youth will be denied access to any mental healthcare that isn't conversion therapy. Paxton also threatens parents of trans youth with child abuse investigations.
