Been making an effort to doodle more on paper lately. Fun to crank out some little guys free of any Big Art™ pressure

Last year there was a guy in the movies who for the first 15mins was talking about random shit and held his phone out. My partner sternly told him to shut his face and put the phone away. Guy's friend scolded us after the movie, saying "you ruined the experience for him you know". Like what. Bruh.

Without art fight and a random commission, I would be in a solid 6 month art drought. Probably won't be seeing the end of it. Sometimes life just be like that :')

It didn't even occur to me that there was a negative reason for that. I just thought you moved on from one interest to another, and I suppose in some ways you did. :') But it's fun being one of the OGs and watching an artist grow as much as you have. Always love seeing what you're making~ :3

This could be very useful to me and a couple of artists I know, but it goes a little too fast without showing all the steps properly. I think I'd benefit from a more hand holding approach, like a full on guide or something :'3

If you're struggling to get the perspective of a composition just right... finding a reference image that's close to what you want and then "tracing" the "planes" in it as grids saves so much time and headache that it feels like cheating.

It makes me so happy that people are still making "bad apple" videos. Im so glad humanity has not given up the mission to recreate bad apple in every concievable medium, including ones that haven't been invented yet.
