This is true, but it was still the second highest in the Premier League in terms of match day as a % of total revenue - and a big new club record with £154m.

The blonde woman is Diana Dors. I'm not sure who the other woman is. The young guy is maybe Jack Wild or Davy Jones.

Depreciation charge has been around £70m for the last few years, of which £50m is for the stadium. That's based on a cost of £1.5 bln, so is around 3% a year. They could probably charge less, but it's in the right ball park (pun intended).

That figure is from the UEFA report published last week, so needs to be confirmed when club accounts are published. As you say, includes around £70m depreciation.

Despite the revenue decline, West Ham continued to invest in the squad, so wages rose £15m (9%) from £161m to a club record £176m. After remaining at much the same level for many years, wages have shot up by £39m (29%) in the last two seasons #WHUFC

This was largely driven by profit on player sales falling £76m from £96m to £20m, while revenue also dropped £42m (16%) from £270m to £228m #WHUFC

There are almost certainly bonuses already built into existing sponsorships, while a win would make AFC a more attractive prospect for future deals. Also helps in recruitment of new players. OTOH would lead to higher bonus payments.

Yes, this is Arsenal Broadband Ltd, where Arsenal and KSE both own 50%. Smallish £1.7m loss last season. Don't really know why it loses money.

Due to the equitable distribution on TV money in the Premier League, not much difference there. Could earn up to €149m if win the Champions League, but already got €117m last season for reaching the semi-finals.
