A brief investigation here, if you like:

If Trump is down to name-checking Mark Levin, he is really running on fumes.
One of your old reliables, wasn't he, @edroso.bsky.social?
Dan sketches out the thinking that we'll have to do, eventually, about AI as an ... industry, for lack of a better word.
A bad pitch by me for a good read by him.
There is also the near-religious belief some of them have in AI driving the future of humanity.
Cruz, a pure Republican, is unable to comprehend the notion of personal responsibility.
Cruz, a pure Republican, is unable to comprehend the notion of personal responsibility.
I think it is a mistake to act under the belief that because something works for Trump, it will work for you, too.
And that's not even counting the usual MSM predisposition to judge Dems a lot more harshly than Reps.
But all that said, I do agree with your last sentence, in and of itself.
I don't watch it, but I do care about it, a bit, b/c it still has a pretty noticeable effect on many people.
Have a good night yourself.
Correction: past nine years. She started there in 2014, left in 2017.
Up to you whether you want to check out anything she has done in the past twelve years, but if you don't want to, I'd encourage you not to let those old impressions be the sole basis of your opinion of her. People change, people grow.
I am aware of that. And she left.
It was her first job out of college. I'm not going to condemn her for the rest of her life for that. Please.
2/2 cannot forget, say, a stupid line from a stupid commercial from decades ago, but you can't remember some things you really wish you could, so you don't have to keep looking them up.
I don't know. Certainly that's true most of the time. But there *are* times when being told something once sticks with a kid for life. I could easily name a couple handfuls of them. And the weird thing is, most of them were not profound, either at the time, or in retrospect.
It's like the way 1/2
P.S. Been thinking about this, and I realized I asked you another part, which you didn't answer. So, again, what do you mean by gatekeeping? How would it work, say, on a platform like this?
Again, not looking to debate. Just looking to understand.
:D :D :D
If you watched, okay, I won't argue with your take.
>> I feel so lucky that NY mag took a chance on me with the Nancy Mace story.
Did not know you had done this! Going to read it now.

Why can't anyone say it out loud?
Blocked and unjerrified.
Happy Oscars Night, Part II
Many, many reporters have Trump's private number. He likes nothing finer than getting calls directly from them.

2/2 That said, I made some other comments elsewhere in this thread, if you're interested. Should be attached to the comment of mine that you quoted; i.e.,

I don't think it's useful to post a screenshot of a snippet of something someone said and make that the basis of a debate.
It reminds me of all too many people who post a screenshot of a headline of an article, and want to make it all about the hed, w/o reading the article. 1/2
They should tell him, on Twitter, "You don't have the cards."
Keep pouring water on them.

Yes, that, too.
Yup. And I think she, like most reporters, must think, "If he wants to babble, let him babble. I've got a hot mic here, and who knows what might happen."
2/2 myth, I would not bring it up, b/c it would be too easy for a denialist to seize on that, at the expense of the question that actually matters.
