The most effective way to reduce methane from cows is to farm fewer cows.
Cows aren't able to fight climate change. We are: by going (mostly) plant-based.

It does not account for consumer waste, so the quantity that is actually consumed may be lower. It is the total of all agricultural produce, both crops and livestock. The data shows that there are differences between continents, with Africa at the bottom in 2022 with around 2,500 kcal/day, and North America at the top with around 3,500 kcal/day.
