Finally, I wanted to try animating one of my oil pastel sketches. I'm really pleased with how this last one turned out! 🥰 🏰 It was great getting back into oil pastels for this project, and I'm definitely eager to revisit them in the future. Sound by RTB45 on freesound 'Belize - Jungle at Night'.

Initiation Well at Quinta Da Regaleira! This was such an awesome place 🤩
I can easily imagine strange rituals and ceremonies taking place here. It had a magical atmosphere. I definitely recommend a visit ✨🔮 I'd love to see a little, animated character running down from top to bottom in this one! 🏃♀️
For the next few experiments, I wanted to try moving into more of a 16:9 format so I could really imagine them as backgrounds for a mobile game or an animation. 👀 I enjoyed working on the water and reflections in this one! 🌊

Here, I wanted to play with the amount of detail to include in the Palace in the background. I was trying to imagine a game character running across the scene from the foreground to the back, and therefore didn't want the background to be overly detailed.🏰
