You’ve got a lot on your plate, and I suspect that the fatigue of dealing with the day job and the night job, plus being sole earner at home are taking their toll.
Definitely do look into a sleep aid like David N suggested. Melatonin is easy enough to get off of when you feel like you don’t need it.

1mm x .5mm hard white blob stuck to the surface of a vinyl LP. The first few seconds of The Beatles’ Let It Be, to be precise.

I’ve got what appears to be either whiteout or paint stuck to an LP, and don’t know how best to remove it without fucking up the grooves.
