New Chessex Lab dice unexpectedly arrived early! I like all the six new designs, particularly Lustrous Neptune and Nebula Gelatinous. Street date is July 16th, so they should be in stores next week. (Post 1 of 2)

If you like unique dice with intricate designs, the new Botch Dice Kickstarter may pique your interest. The prints are detailed and durable and the bespoke font is a fun little detail, though I will say readability is not always ideal.

Heads up about Dice Nest. They carry some cool exclusive dice but are super shady
- The dice are wonky with 2mm differences
- They deleted my 2-star review, hence their review rating cannot be trusted

I guess it would really depend on the individual set and I'd need to see photos of the exact set you'd send to tell if it would match my character and her colours.

New set from Libris Arcana. Cost an arm and a leg to be delivered to Germany, but it's cute. Not a huge fan of the tiny d4 in comparison to the other dice, though. (The set is called Dots, in case you're wondering.) #dice #polyset

It does sound like a fun family project! 🙂 Thing is that videos like this spread false information and then more people share it, and suddenly it's all over social media and becomes "common knowledge". Not saying your video will go viral, but it's a piece of that puzzle.
Thing is, the salt water test isn't a reliable method to test dice balance and it's long been debunked. It can detect whether your die would float perfectly in a vacuum, but you don't play games in a vacuum. Other physical forces have a much bigger effect that a few bubbles.

The company who makes the human bone and moose poop dice (Artisan Dice) are absolute horseshit and should be avoided at any cost. The dude got sued for their shitty quality and ignoring the customer complaint and didn't show up in court. Now he has a bench warrant out on him and still doesn't care.
It's sad when I see shops that blatantly overprice dice imported from China and customers still buy from them because they don't know better. (TDSO sells the same dice for 30% less.) They also advertise acrylic dice as resin, which at best is ignorance but possibly purposely lying to customers.

They're not supposed to be a particular colour. The intent was to have clear material with distinct red, yellow and blue swirls. Unfortunately, most have the swirls mixed together, which makes them muddy and reddish brown like yours. These are two hand-picked sets of mine that are a little nicer.
