Patience rewarded. Iβve been hanging on to this since we sold it for take away during lockdown. Well worth it for depth of flavour, maltiness and barley sugar aromas. Great keeper from London Brewery One Mile End.
Seasonal factors here for favourites: Iβm with @anthonygladman.com - Americano/Torino-Milano lower alcohol high bitterness options in the summer. Old Fashioned &variants in the winter. Currently love split base rum old fashioned with Wray & Nephew and Appleton 8 with Velvet Falernium. Delicious.
