As a member of the International Contact Group for the Great Lakes, Belgium expresses grave concern over the ceasefire violations in eastern DRC.
All parties must recommit to peace, respect humanitarian law, and ensure safe access for aid.
Belgium MFA plays a central role in the repatriation of over 900 Belgians from the Middle East. Our diplomatic & consular teams in the region & Brussels stand ready day & night to assist.
The first operational phase of this repatriation began this evening in Qatar.

In total, B‑FAST will send approximately 10 tons of supplies, equivalent to 82 m³, to Madagascar.
