Hacer XP no es sólo saber hacer TDD, CI/CD, refactoring, pair programming… Si no sabes comunicar, no buscas mantener la simplicidad, no das feedback ni te gusta recibirlo y no tratas con respeto a la gente, lo anterior sirve de bien poco.
