I just think in the richest country in the world, we should not be having a discussion about who gets healthcare and who doesn’t. That’s why I voted no on a “deal” that did nothing to protect care and why I will always be in the fight for better. Read about what that fight means:
21.11.2025 15:47 — 👍 72 🔁 13 💬 0 📌 0Trump continues to attack members of Congress and anyone who works to hold him accountable. I’m no stranger to that.
He wants to silence dissent. He may be starting with elected officials, but this is extremely dangerous for every American.
I’m working to get more details about this raid, but let me be clear: this administration is using fear as a tool. They have been doing so since Jan. 23 when they raided this same Newark market. We owe it to our neighbors to stand up for them. That’s exactly what I’ll keep doing.

Today, my bill on employee ownership passed markup. Employee ownership is one of the best ways to help people build wealth and create a fairer economy. By expanding assistance for these businesses, this bill puts power back where it belongs: in the hands of working people.
18.11.2025 19:22 — 👍 70 🔁 18 💬 0 📌 3The American people deserve accountability and survivors deserve justice. It’s time for the truth to come out—release the Epstein files.
18.11.2025 16:36 — 👍 91 🔁 16 💬 3 📌 0This week FOR the 10th… I was standing for your healthcare. On Wednesday, I got surgery, and after I was released, I boarded a train to head to D.C. to vote hell no on a “deal” to that did nothing to protect healthcare for the American people. Fighting for you comes first.
16.11.2025 23:58 — 👍 164 🔁 29 💬 1 📌 1My heart is breaking for my hometown where—like far too many American cities and towns—gun violence stole members of our community last night. I am thinking of the victims, all who love them, and our first responders.
It does not have to be like this.

Oversight is my job. Period.
15.11.2025 15:44 — 👍 115 🔁 25 💬 2 📌 1Today’s decision is disappointing. I am not in this fight only for myself, and I’m concerned that this decision will simply embolden the administration.
This case is not over. I am committed to protecting my community, our people, and our country.
Leaving D.C. right now after coming down today to stand strong, vote no, and keep fighting for you, NJ-10. I came straight from surgery this morning to make sure Republicans heard us loud and clear: affordable healthcare matters! The fight continues.
13.11.2025 03:17 — 👍 177 🔁 17 💬 10 📌 1What were they? Common sense steps to actually serve the people who elected us:
1️⃣Reverse the firing of federal workers
2️⃣Fund transit
3️⃣Protect folks at the VA
4️⃣Make dollars for homeland security accessible
5️⃣Ensure Republicans can’t keep messing with SNAP.
Last night, I introduced five amendments to try to make this funding bill less terrible. Republicans blocked every single one.
12.11.2025 20:25 — 👍 80 🔁 23 💬 3 📌 0Republicans won’t, so Americans are counting on Democrats to keep fighting for them. We can’t roll over for just the promise of an ACA vote in the Senate. Premiums are going to spike and lives are on the line. I won’t support a “deal” that doesn’t even try to protect healthcare.
10.11.2025 16:15 — 👍 108 🔁 17 💬 8 📌 3Trump’s administration desperately wants to steal SNAP benefits from people who need them. They are snatching back food from hungry people by trying to make states, who have already sent out funds, claw them back.
09.11.2025 20:46 — 👍 66 🔁 24 💬 6 📌 3Thank you to the nearly 25,000 New Jerseyans who joined our SNAP Emergency Tele Town Hall.
07.11.2025 20:38 — 👍 36 🔁 6 💬 1 📌 0Nancy Pelosi is an icon. From delivering healthcare for tens of millions to serving her constituents first, I will always be grateful I get to serve with her. As this administration attacks me, I have felt for myself just how fiercely she stands up. Thank you, Madam Speaker.
07.11.2025 00:59 — 👍 56 🔁 7 💬 2 📌 0Thank you to my colleagues— @pallone.house.gov @norcross.house.gov @repbonnie.bsky.social @menendez.house.gov @repnellie.bsky.social @repherbconaway.bsky.social —for joining together to fight for the SNAP benefits NJ needs. 06.11.2025 01:25 — 👍 34 🔁 8 💬 1 📌 1Yesterday, I helped pass out food at Toni’s Kitchen, where volunteers are making sure people don’t go hungry in the face of the Republican Shutdown and Trump’s attacks on SNAP.
In New Jersey, we will keep doing what Washington should be doing: taking care of people.
I know that this moment is difficult for so many of us. My office remains open and ready to help. Join us for mobile office hours this month!
05.11.2025 15:40 — 👍 29 🔁 7 💬 0 📌 0This administration is going to keep targeting people who hold them accountable.
04.11.2025 23:44 — 👍 77 🔁 24 💬 3 📌 1This is illegal. Trump wants to break the law to keep SNAP from people who need it, hold hungry families hostage, and worsen food insecurity in America.
This has nothing to do with the shutdown and everything to do with this administration’s corruption and cruelty.
Your vote is your voice, New Jersey. And your voice matters.
Get out there and cast your ballot. Polls close today at 8pm. Get more info by visiting: nj.gov/vote.
On Wednesday, my colleagues and I are hosting a town hall to discuss attacks on SNAP and get you answers. Join us on November 5.
03.11.2025 18:55 — 👍 65 🔁 32 💬 0 📌 1On Friday, a judge ordered the administration to continue paying SNAP. But even if this administration follows the court’s order and doesn’t defy them, as they’ve routinely done in the past, we expect delays to benefits. Families can't afford the administration’s games.
03.11.2025 00:11 — 👍 56 🔁 20 💬 2 📌 0We know that while the government is shut down thanks to Congressional Republicans, the 10th needs more, not less. That’s why I was out in the community in October fighting for more for you.
01.11.2025 20:27 — 👍 40 🔁 3 💬 0 📌 1Happy Halloween, NJ-10!🎃 I spent the day with our Kenilworth seniors hosting Halloween bingo and chat (with guest appearances by Mario and Mayor Karlovitch)!
