Time to Christen this app with some deranged thinking

The GF tells me I need to eat more unprocessed foods, but preparing fresh meals is a pain & I cant be arsed

With that in mind...is there any problems that could arise from just...eating bell peppers & similar stuff raw? Best of both worlds!
