— Sens. John Fetterman (D-PA.), Catherine Cortez-Masto (D-Nev.), Angus King (I-Maine). Rand Paul (R-Ky.) voted NO on the GOP bill, making that one 55 to 45 when it needed 60.

Shaheen and Hassan voted no. Shaheen is now talking to Thune

Jeanne Shaheen, the only Democrat to vote on passage of the GOP six-month funding bill in March, votes NO on this GOP bill.

It won't even get close to 60.
