Things I’ve learned about this cheap PowerEdge I got at the junk store:

1) the HBA is worth 4x what I paid for the server and can be flashed to IT mode

2) cannot boot from nvme despite coming, originally configured, with an nvme drive on a pcie riser

3) rEFInd is pretty neato

Maxing out an N100 by opening task manager like “at least it’s efficient”

I have a Kona N cause I thought it would be fun (I was right; it is), and I always find it funny that people (including Hyundai) call it a SUV. It’s just a slightly taller hatchback - driving next to a “real” SUV is spooky cause of just how much bigger they are.
