If there’s anything wrong with any of the ladies in the government, it’s that they are too trusting of people who are giving them advice. They should just treat people like estate agents and accountants as though they’re criminals.

Who nominated Corbyn in the first place? Labour tried going left by electing the wrong Milliband and when that failed they went further left with Corbyn. He made people think that Johnson was competent. Should have gone with Andy or Owen, more of the public trusted them.

It’s simply because the media in this country makes it one big party political broadcast on behalf of reform. Constantly. Maybe if someone asked Reform what they think of the bill it would get more coverage (negative, of course). Why worry about housing for millions, when you’ve got migrants in mind

When people were demonstrating outside the hotel in Kent, there were more sex offenders in the crowd than in the hotel.

Roughly 500 homicides per year in this country, so far 1 carried out by a migrant. Also 1 serious sex assault carried out by a migrant. Sadly, a woman is hundreds of times more likely to be killed by a partner than a migrant. Sex assault figures are just as imbalanced between migrants and family.

I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve heard 100 years incorrectly quoted today. Still, there’s lots of total incompetence and spending money on flags to come before the next general election.

I’ve posted elsewhere that the Senedd hasn’t been going for 100 years and this was a Senedd by election. Seems like the media want us to know just how bad this was for Labour and the fact that Plaid won is a minor detail. Just look how well those lovely Reform people did though! 🙄

BBC news is headlining with 100 years. No mention of a bunch of Russian sponsored criminals coming second. The main stream media narrative is actually that voting Reform is the only way to get Labour out. No mention of other small parties, they just don’t exist to the MSM.

Slightly confusing, how can Labour have held the seat for 100 years, when the Senedd hasn’t been going for that long? Is it people making a drama out of a crisis? Fits the main stream media narrative doesn’t it?

I didn’t expect to say that I agree with Jeremy ever again.

I always liked that comedy program that used to be on, I called it Hancocks Half Hour. It featured Nick Hancock acting stupid, I think everyone else called it the evening news or something. Comedy gold all of them and it only cost a few thousand lives and a couple of billion pounds.

What if someone came here as a teenager and professes to be British? Will they be deported back to, say, Nigeria?

The Corbyn experiment was a miserable failure, coming close to May (the least popular leader for decades) was just papering over the cracks. Typical voters are more worried about where to park the third family car and where to go for the third holiday of the year, than what Trotsky said.

Starmer stole nothing from Corbyn. He was something that Corbyn would never be, electable. The right wing media in this country will never allow a left leaning prime minister again. Starmer knew that, but I don’t think he expected the bigoted vitriol from both right and left.

Don’t forget the Con party! They have a long history of hatred of British working class football fans, but all of a sudden it’s a national disgrace to ban away fans. For context, they didn’t disagree with Wolves fans being banned from away matches for a whole season or Luton Town banning away fans.

Blair lost his halo long ago, as far as most people are concerned. So why bother going back 20 years to further discredit him, when you would find a lot worse if you went back 20 weeks for Farage.

The Tory appointment of one of their ardent supporters as head of the BBC didn’t work out how they planned. Now the right are pinning their hopes on Farage, because the dumb electorate seem to keep swallowing his lies. I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve heard, “I’m not racist, but…”.
