Too many 20-30 something with good incomes buy when they should rent. They pay for a lot for a home they don’t intend to stay for long but expect significant profit when they sell. NYC is filled with a lot of $800-100K apts. it’s unsustainable.

I honestly do not understand how insurers can advetise "Medicare plans" that include dental, vision, etc. It is so misleading. Medicare doesn't cover those; they are Medicare Advantage plans, which even then are misleading.

I had to explain that working for an insurer, our premiums were not cheap and had a choice of plans with limited benefits and high deductibles. People with the highest incomes also get the best benefits and have no idea how lucky they are.

Every time I hear the GOP talk about health insurance I recall a time I assisted at an open enrollment at a big consulting firm. I was talking with people who had unlimited IVF covered, all possible services for autistic kids, etc. one guy said I must have great insurance. 1/2
