The only way I could really see them doing 2 back-to-back remasters is if XC4 is so far out that they NEED the buffer time
It'd be crazy, but not impossible for them to pull out a Xenoblade 4 by this year's end

Their main team is gonna be on that Xeno train until Takahashi either retires or leaves this realm, he's realized Nintendo is actually willing to fund his crazy ideas

Everyone else: "Oh, it's just Xenoblade 2 Definitive Edition 🙄"

Me seeing this after I quadruple-checked that entire section

I 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 wanted to offer a more nuanced take, since I felt people were being too reductive of Prime 4 as a whole. It's got very clear flaws, but it was clear Prime 4 wasn't dealt a fair hand - and it does still have some strong points.

(also, glad I'm not the only one who couldn't get into Prime 3)
