Stolen SNAP dollars will no longer be replaced The Illinois Department of Human Services has ended the practice of replacing stolen SNAP dollars, and is working on a pilot program to replace cards with a mobile pay option to prevent fraud.

I've been following how hackers steal SNAP benefits (food assistance). IL used to replace stolen dollars, but no more. In a nine-month span between 2023-2024 hackers stole more than $8 million in SNAP benefits. There are some things you can do - take a look at the link below. @wgntv.com
