To be fair we were only referring to the people who believe they are the walking dead as zombies. Do you believe you are the walking dead? If that's the case then we would really like to understand how dead people use social media. Please enlighten us.

We’d never make light of patients, only of the strange realities that conditions can present. Our goal is education with a touch of dark curiosity, because mental health is often shrouded in fear and stigma. By talking about these syndromes openly we invite people to learn rather than recoil.

We dislike using the word cure for psychological issues. With therapy and medication, should it be required, we feel certain that one could live a normal and productive life.

We stated it was a delusion. The very definition of this is so. People experiencing that syndrome may believe they are dead or even the walking dead. Thus, to them, being a zombie can be very real.

Humor is used to set people at ease. Perhaps you might try it.

Koro Syndrome: Fear that one's genitals are shrinking or disappearing.

Physical symptoms experienced during cold weather may not indicate the onset of of this syndrome.

What exactly lacks professionalism? Listing real syndromes or adding little quirky but true comments about said syndrome?

Cotard's Syndrome (Walking Corpse Syndrome)

What it is: A rare delusion where a person believes they are dead, do not exist, are putrefying, or have lost their organs or blood.
