Ice uses facial recognition on US citizens. Palantir, Clearview and Lexis are all tech companies that have been working with ICE. The Mobile Fortify App appears to be made in house by ICE impermissibly merging various government data bases.

Texas Tech student’s arrest at Charlie Kirk vigil adds to free-speech debate The arrest was celebrated by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) but raised concerns among free-speech advocates.

She did flick a boy's hat (very lightly). That was the only pretense they could have for arresting her that is visible from the footage. Supposedly she also resisted arrest but there is no footage showing that & many cameras were on.
