NICE has released its initial guidance on the drug vorasidenib, used to treat low-grade glioma. Despite clinical trials showing that the drug can delay the need for radiotherapy & chemotherapy, NICE has said it should not be routinely used on the NHS in England at this stage. https://bit.ly/3KOu8P6
