After dealing with sciatic pain caused by my stupid ass 84hr a week job, I finally decided to start running again for my mental health. And oh my god, when you get back,the singing in my head quiets back down, and the writing juices start FLOWIN. I forgot much of my revolutionary optimism and will for the downfall of the capitalist system came from just being able to get out there for a little bit and clear my head. Being out in the dark under the full moon, music or no music. Able to finally think on the predicament we are in without the emotions evoked by the day... So much to write and so little space. Also think I'm gonna do my posts in this format from now on.

Flat fiber-based photometry realizes fluorescent signals reflective of amyloid pathology in 5xFAD mice. (a) Flat fiber-based photometry system allows 405-nm LED light to pass through the flat fiber implanted in either 5xFAD or WT mouse brain. Emitted fluorescence light passes back through the flat fiber before being filtered to cut out excitation light and being focused onto a PMT.
