I bought a table banner (not sure what they are called) at a thrift store over Christmas. Last week, I finally had an idea for the (first) message. I chose to do raw edge applique on the letters.

Do I remember my meds when I'm seeing it? No, not really 😅 But It makes me happy every time.

When I was doing sewing classes with beginners, I started with the know-how about threads and threading. It helps with the panic when things go wrong (because it does). The first thought is not "what have I done!?" but "maybe the tread is not correct ;)

Messy mending Monday. My cats winter sweater is ready for another chilly season. Just in time. In a few days, Sigrid is going to stay with a friend of mine while I'm on a work trip. Oslo is cold, and she's borderline a naked cat. 🧵🪡

Sketchbook drawing of tulips. Ink and coloured pencils.

I'm keeping a diary sketch book for 2025. A few notes about my day and a drawing. This weekend has been grey and gloomy, and I dream of spring. Hence, the tulips.
