If you want to get better at drawing people fast the Morpho books are going out their weight in gold. If I had to recommend just one to newbies I would say this one:
Simplified forms
Stolas and BlitzΓΈ standing in front of each other, but they are drawn in old Demonology style (funny and a little bit derpy but drawn with a lot of ink hatching). BlitzΓΈ is holding grimoire in one of his hands and gesturing with his other hand

There was NO 3D involved in the character animation!! I created the camera move by placing the characters on pegs. I was so excited when they assigned this to me, I love a challenge >:)
