One year ago, this book of queer myths and legends entered the world. Since then, it’s been read, shared, taught, and celebrated. 🌍📚

At its heart is a truth: we have always existed. From Tu’er Shen to Lakapati to Xochipilli, our stories are ancient and alive.

✨ After my own whirlwind back-to-school night, a friend told me her child discovered my book on their school library shelf. 💜 Almost a year since release (!!), and I’ll be celebrating with events this fall—some online.

BREAKING: Federal court blocks and limits most of Florida law targeting school library books.

The only constitutional application is its "harmful to minors" provision, which limits obscene material that had already been banned from school libraries.
