I've checked his IG and livestream a couple times over the last few weeks and he doesn't seem happy or excited or motivated. He is constantly just sitting at his desk or silent. He has a personal trainer and home gym set up but overall feel like very little planning went into this.

There's this guy who is isolating himself in his bedroom for one year to try and become healthier and change his life but he's married so he's just opting out of responsibility for a year.
