The nation’s school counselors, nurses, engineers, public health officials, librarians and national security experts—to name a few— are educated at U.S. graduate schools. Their expertise ensures that the U.S. remains a global competitor.

CGS is deeply concerned by the Trump Administration’s EO to dismantle the Department of Education. While Congressional action is required to truly dismantle the Department, any loss of committed department staff will seriously compromise the success of Americans pursuing graduate degrees.
