I PERSONALLY witnessed the owner make fresh food for unhoused folks she saw outside and walk it out to them. An absolutely shining person.

Someone called it a “third space” and I think those are always free, but this cafe was darn close.

Thing is—it’s not just a coffee shop. It’s a safe place for queer folks and people of color to be, always. Without exception. It’s a little haven of love and acceptance in this world we live in. The only business I’ve ever entered and ALWAYS felt safe and supported.
