It emits a light blue light that has transformed his tunic into a bright green onesie, padded mittens, booties, and bonnet, his scarf into a red/pink bib with a pacifier attached, his sword into a rattle, and his shield into a baby bottle. He's rather surprised and blushy from this sudden change in attire.
