My heart wants to give this around an 8.5 out of 10, but if I paid $80 for this I’d probably lean closer to 7 out of 10. Heck if my financial situation was worse I might rank it even lower
the room: the cost. $80 for the base game (or $50 for me with the bundle) is the same as Mario Kart 8 with all the DLC. And 8 is still playable on switch 2. Honestly? Thats probably the better deal here. World is a bit better quality wise, but not as good quantity wise.

I really like the new setup for the cups being 2/3rds getting there with a lap of the main course, and knockout tour is my new favorite mode in the series. The open world on the other hand is basically empty and just there for segment practice. And now for the elephant in

Difference is night and day
I love this thing but I understand why people would be upset on the pricing. Don’t buy Mario Kart outside of the bundle, but it is a fun time worth the $50 price tag. Odd Fantasy Life’s update wasn’t free but I’m still having fun.

So in case anyone was wondering, Star Rail is trying to tempt you with a free 5 star for spending around $150 on gems. So long as the 5 star is in the shop. I guess this is aimed at the moderate spenders on the game to get them to spend a bit more? At least they refilled the bonus shard for them…
