Tried the ADHD one briefly, then the mental acuity pattern, then the creativity. All I hear on all of them is static and a single tone in my right ear. There's a tone in the left ear that i can't hear. I am, after all, monaural... 9 minutes of a single tone was enough :)

Thanks, mate. So am I. I'm mostly deaf in the left ear, with nothing but the constant sound of two different turbines, neither making a pure sine wave. Right now, there's also a bass throbbing quietly, and occasionally, another impure tone that gets quite loud.

I used to down at least one 6-pack of beer every year. But after a rather entertaining medical event, I stopped drinking in 2016. I gave up caffeinated tea the next day for the same medical reason. The reason turned out to be Menières disease, but I just can,t enjoy the taste of beer any more.

I don't drink any more, except for the odd taste of wine for toasts or a sip of a Saskatchewan-brewed drink my wife bought.

Thus I no longer have to go into liquor stores. But as a protest, I wouldn't buy even Canadian alcohol from a store that's offering USA stuff.

But Saskatchewan very quietly caved after a couple of months, and USA booze is back on the shelves; partly because Premier Moe has so many US financial backers.
