We'll see. There are "no ads" on Threads, but it's so pre-loaded with celebrity algorithmic bloat, and there's no way to dial in/out what you want, so that the honeymoon will blow over pretty fast, unless that changes quickly. Strong Google+ vibes, tbh

first impression: it's 3 or 4 times slower than the Wrigley McKay shortcuts release from a couple months ago. I guess it's getting killed right now, or maybe bc Wrigley's just uses the api

I’ve given up on that method for now b/c I have to wait for it. My 2 methods are press pot (don’t press until morning), and drip in my fancy cuisinart, but I use a gold mesh filter ($12 on Amazon) to avoid getting any filter taste. Srsly, gold mesh filter is a high-level recommendation.
It’s been in the upper 80’s here, so I’ve been making a whole pot at night to stick in the fridge for cold coffee the next day.
