I didn’t post this from the other day - but I’m 7kg down, 6ish more to go for my surgery weight.

I may have also spent the afternoon chatting to a boy just starting locktober who heavily tugged on my daddy side - this shall be interesting 😏

So a little update … got the green light for surgery!! Just one more letter of approval and I’m good to go… so now comes the difficult part.
