I have sent a complaint to Glooko because as far as I can see there is no way to correct or delete the data, so the hospital will see me as having used the wrong insulins. It would likely realize what has happened, but it still makes the data difficult to use.

It shows two NovoPen 6 entries, used for administering Novo Nordisk insulins, with silver pen icons making them look identical but for the serial code, a string of random letters. Yet when you select a pen you then have to select the insulin type so if you get this wrong it records it with the wrong times and usage.

My next clinic appointment is going to be interesting as I just mixed up the insulins when syncing my pens. This is such awful design for a professional medical product, you cannot rename the pens yet have to manually assign the insulin type everytime you sync.

Well, they do have toilets in Porthcawl, even public ones, just not at the beach. Though I would probably not be allowed to use them anyway. Apart from that, I really liked Porthcawl, could have done with being a tad cooler mind. But Sheringham has the best beach toilets.

842 miles this weekend, 480 of them today and yet it was only an hour longer than yesterday. I do worry this is all becoming a bit too obsessional, I went to the end of the M4 and back just for the sake of it as it only added an extra 30 minutes. Though Port Abraham had toilets, unlike Porthcawl.

I am not sure if I am more impressed how busy it is so early or that I was parking my bike in Porthcawl at 10am after having woken up in my own bed in London this morning. Also, there was a hand of rugby taking place on the beach, which makes sense in Wales, but it was rugby league!

Why to filter: with people driving across the grass verge and all lane changing I decided it was safest not to filter on the slip road so stayed safely in the queue Only for a car to try and change lane into me,. If I am going to get killed I may at least gain an advantage from it!

It has taken me far too long to only get this far — sometimes just reading sample code is not enough to learn something from scratch, though it is still most of it — but I at least can now display the internal accelerometer's strange readings in a UI of sorts.

But it is such a nice looking 2" touch screen ESP32 module, and all it needs is four wires from of those two GPS modules attaching to its pins and a case. But then programming. A lot of programming.

The only water this weekend is from the sky, so I am starting my "make a simple GPS logger to track my rides because I cannot find one to buy" project, but which has already suffered huge scope creep by adding a touchscreen interface. All need to do is learn C, LVGL, and FreeRTOS from scratch.

For the second time this year Asda has a tray missing from my grocery delivery, and it thinks a refund for "handing back items" is a sufficient response.
