Of all the matters involving Trump this on the surface seems trivial, but it isn't. He's bringing back plastic drink straws ( somewhere) and said he didn't think it will "worry sharks too much while they're munching through the ocean."

The way the political and media discourse has been framed in Australia it would be "anti Semitic " to slam this proposal.

So Trump wants Jordan and Egypt to take all the Palestinians and they and several other ME countries have said no. What's next? Tariffs if they don't? More "terrorism" in response? Scuttling of phase 2 of the ceasefire? Sparks towards WW3....

In some respects yes the envy, but from a distance where you have been able to see for many years that a poorer person can't afford medications and medical care that other wealthy countries take for granted, it is certainly not envy. USA government supporting health is "communism," apparently.
