Hello friends. I haven't been on Bluesky lately. I've been battling on that other hell site in support of Ukraine and, now, our democracy. While I love this site, the fight is over there. I will be here permanently when I see both causes are victorious. My photography is on a temporary pause, too.

Yes, it is! My exploring group often encounters such relics in homes. We never take anything, though - we follow the strict urban exploration cliche/code - take photographs and leave footprints.

Such a beautiful derelict barn with its silo serving as a planter for a mature tree. The tree's maturity reveals a lengthy period of silence. I see the importance of heritage in this peaceful setting & hope the barn continues to provide a lovely display for many decades.
