You would think so. So much opportunity to right some wrongs, secure decent, and bold, policies that work in our favour. No LNP sitting govt has ever worried about what the opposition thought of them and this ALP govt with its majority numbers shouldn’t either.

That money was never going to be for the people or the country.

There’s a lot of cowardice, weakness, pandering and knee-jerk reactionism across all political parties. So disappointing.

I support these sentiments, betrayed is an appropriate descriptor.

To add, our Australian political landscape feels infested with lobbyists and os interference eroding public trust in the very system meant to serve and protect us.
