This one took a lot of versions to find a balance between complexity and simplicity. Mega Man on NES had that distinctive look and I hope I nailed it

Just a piece of lore about myself because why not, I haven't finished new sprites yet

I'm kind of cursed. Any time I try to buy a new console something goes wrong and I have to spend days or even weeks trying to get it to work

No exceptions, even if I buy from trusted sources

I always hated the way Ninja Gaiden Trilogy handled its graphics. They did nothing but slapped a few colors on top of original designs

So, I just wanted to see if this approach would work if given enough time

Long ago, Aria of Sorrow was my first metroidvania. Years later, I finally completed it: all equipment (including Hard Mode exclusives) souls, drops and rooms

If you want to try and get someone into retro games, don't push them to try classics like Sonic, Mario or Mega Man just because they're "classic" or "groundbeaking"

These games are more than classic. They're good. Treat them like games, not like a museum artifacts
