uhh meet wobbly! she's a special needs roborovski hamster with mobility issues and honestly not sure what the future holds for her but i've been told she got the all clear from a vet and seems happy and pain free despite her issues so hopefully i can give her a good life!

Painting on a golden-hued, buff toned square coaster of a pied peahen amid pink peonies. The peahen is mostly brown with barred feathers but has a blue-green neck, and, in common with pied coloration, has patches of white feathers interspersed throughout. She is in profile, facing left. The piece is lightly stylised with generally flat colours and fine detailing on the feather markings.

This piece ended up taking a long time for what was supposed to be relatively ‘simple.’ 😅

The peahen’s neck is actually more teal-blue-green, but neither my phone camera nor my scanner were equal to capturing this.

i went to #furgeddaboutit with @mollyxoxomay.bsky.social ! overall we had a blast at every panel we went to, and even discovered a liking for karoke (if we’re choosing the song, of course)
