We had this issue with my grandma's oncologist, we would leave messages with the reception staff and never get an answer and then the next time we saw her, we would ask about it, and she'd say "I never got any messages." I started using the patient portal to message directly and the problem stopped.

Kinsley did her school pictures and they are SO CUTE. But omg the racket that is trying to pay. They did four poses and you can only choose ONE unless you order multiple "packages" and if you want all 4 as just the digital file, it's $100. It's $40 for a digital file of ONE pose.
