I need to tap someone for expertise and am happy to pay for it. Specifically I'm looking for working experience integrating a C++ and Python (cmake+pybind11) with a proper local setup (Python project depending on bindings built from local repo). LLVM experience a bonus. Takers?

"Build that shit for money", and "Don't give it away for free"
Fantastic talk by @adamhjk.me, which perhaps could also be subtitled "Life Beyond Open Source: An Apostate's Opinion". If you want to sell software in the modern world, you couldn't spend a better 30 minutes.

"immeassurable" means no model of how it works. IMO we never had a good model of how DevRel works, just handwavy "community building" mumble, it's basically expensive spray-and-pray much like brand building. Can it be done effectively? Probably, but need to rethink many assumptions, e.g. conferences

Yes, MTTR is worse than useless. In general means are not useful for things where the impact is due to individual events
