03.03.2026 04:44 — 👍 10 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0The hallucination alone is a dealbreaker, obviously. But I was much more disturbed by the effect it had on my own sense of communication. Words are for connection. If you continually threw a rope into the darkness and no one caught it, you'd begin to think there was something wrong with the rope.

novella release in February, anthology in March, novella again in May, anthology kickstarter in June... novella in October... anthology from June maybe in november??
it's a whole year to be sure
it's March, the month I was supposed to be moving website hosting and building a direct shop and etc.
but of course I look at the month and I know with absolute certainty that it's not happening
Which means it's... probably... an August (?) thing?
It's March, which means next month is #IndieApril - a month where people all over the internet commit to buying and reading only #IndieBooks!
To celebrate, we'll be spotlighting one indie author per day - and you can apply to be one of those authors RIGHT NOW using this form:
generated exclusively because it would irritate the Wagon to no end 😇

You can add any book from their catalog they have copies for, just message the publisher on KS. I just added two more. I did this on their previous kickstarter too and the book I added was a delight (The Dérive). So very much recommending it

Show of hands: who would be interested in a not-social media based directory website of artists who pledge to never use AI in their process?
Is this something you would share around to everyone you know? Something you'd very much like to be listed on?
when I started writing during Nanowrimo, this is what the in-person felt like too. We'd have set time to write adn set time to chat, and there was a beautiful crackling energy to it. I really love that mood

Number 1 is what I do.
The library access is too important for me to cut it off (especially with Canadian PLR). Feels like hurting me and my reader more than hurting Amazon
Thank you so much!! Glad you enjoyed and fingers crossed they get Painted Flock too
